It's finally here & ready for you to use!
Our new website is adaptive, dynamic, elegant, and most importantly, a brand new tool for you to maximize your purchasing decision making.
Our design team has been hard at work creating a new, forward-thinking website that is prepared for the future. In this post, we’re going to be highlighting some of the most important features of our new website design, along with what this means for you as either a Carlson Engineering customer, or as one of our top-performing distributors or machine builders.
Why the change?
We needed a new, customer-oriented focus for 2019.
The times are changing, and we are rolling with the tide.
Our old website design was antiquated, and did not reflect our core beliefs as a company that is at the forefront of automatic screwdriving & screw feeding engineering design. Our new website represents us more wholly as a company – it is modern, dynamic, and most importantly, useful. Our website features a variety of new tools for potential customers & distributors to utilize in order to maximize the efficiency of their purchasing decision.
What updates have been made?
More like - what hasn't been updated!?
To better service you, our customers and distributors, we’ve made a few changes that will make our website both easier to read and navigate, and more effective as a tool – for you and for us! Here are some of the many changes that have been made to the website:
You may have noticed our new look! Carlson Engineering has undergone a face-lift as far as all of our branding goes. Our website has been modernized to reflect our new mindset for the coming 2019 & 2020 selling years. In the true spirit of innovation, our new website has many new features that our competitors simply haven’t caught up to yet.
In-Depth Product Information...
Our information regarding our products now goes above and beyond what our old website had to offer. Along with a highly visual product page navigation, we also give very detailed information regarding product info such as:
The drive head chart and feedability ratios are visible on each respective product page for your reference and ease of access.
News & Media Section...
You’re reading it right now – Carlson Engineering now has a blog section, called “News & Media”. You can follow us on Facebook/Linkedin/Twitter to stay connected and in the loop.
We will be posting new articles frequently, so be sure to check back in once in a while!
eCommerce-Like Product Navigation
We have drastically improved our product page – the home base of each individual automatic screwdriver, screw feeder, and all auto feeder parts – and added additional functionality to our product and categorical navigation.
We also have accurate images & videos which reflect all products and the basic variations of those products – which means no more guess-work as to how your product is going to look. All products are neatly and concisely organized into accurate and clearly stated product categories.
Using advanced coding algorithms in tangent with the combined knowledge of our team of experienced product engineers, we have built a working product configurator that takes the specifications of your fastener, application, and needs and turns that data into a working quote!
The configurator is advanced, and is a great place to start if you don’t know exactly what you are looking for in our new product navigation system!
Email Notifications & Newsletter
We have implemented a new automatic email notification & update system of communication. When you place an order with Carlson Engineering for any automatic screwdriver tools, screw feeders, tool stands, drive cells, etc., you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order.
You will also be automatically updated of your order when it enters production, as well as when it is being shipped to you! We will also send updates when we release new articles, updates, etc., which you can opt out of.
We want to hear from you!
