Carlson Diverters Can Be Configured In The Following Ways:

For relatively simple applications with only 1 vibratory bowl or step feeder, but either 2 single-spindle drive heads, or 1 multi-spindle drive head.

For situations where only 1 feeder is being used, but there are either 2 drive heads, or 1 multi-spindle drive head driving 2 separate fasteners or types of fasteners. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdricing spindle using smooth rotary action.

For relatively simple applications with only 1 vibratory bowl or step feeder, but either 3 single-spindle drive heads, or 1 multi-spindle drive head.

For situations where only 1 feeder is being used, but there are either 3 drive heads, or 1 multi-spindle drive head driving 3 separate fasteners or types of fasteners. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdricing spindle using smooth rotary action.

For relatively simple applications with only 1 vibratory bowl or step feeder, but either 4 single-spindle drive heads, or any combination of multi-spindle drive heads totaling up to 4 spindles maximum.

For situations where only 1 feeder is being used, but there are either 4 drive heads, or 1 multi-spindle drive head driving four separate fasteners or types of fasteners. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdriving spindle using smooth rotary action.

For applications requiring either 2 vibratory bowl or step feeders, or 1 dual-escapement feeder to 1 screwdriving spindle:

For situations where there are either 2 feeders being used, or only 1 feeder with dual-escapement and only 1 drive head or screwdriving spindle. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdriving spindle using smooth rotary action.

For applications requiring 3 vibratory bowl or step feeders to 1 screwdriving spindle:

For situations where there are up to 3 individual feeders being used, but only 1 drive head/spindle. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdricing spindle using smooth rotary action.

For applications requiring either 4 individual vibratory bowl or step feeders, or 2 dual-escapement feeders to 1 screwdriving spindle:

For situations where there are either 4 individual feeders or 2 dual-escapement feeders and only 1 drive head/spindle. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdriving spindle using smooth rotary action.

For complex applications with either 2 individual vibratory bowl or step feeders, or 1 dual-escapement feeder, and either 4 individual single-spindle drive heads or any combination of multi-spindled drive heads totaling up to 4 spindles maximum.

For exceedingly complex screwdriving applications where either there are 2 individual feeders, or 1 dual-escapement feeder blowing fasteners to either 4 individual single-spindle drive heads, or any combination of multi-spindled drive heads totaling up to 4 spindles. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdriving spindle using smooth rotary action.

For complex applications with either 4 individual vibratory bowl or step feeders, or 2 dual-escapement feeders, and either 2 individual single-spindled drive heads or one multi-spindled drive head.

For exceedingly complex screwdriving applications where either there are 4 individual feeders, or 2 dual-escapement feeders blowing fasteners to either 2 individual single-spindle drive heads, or one multi-spindled drive head with 2 spindles. The rotary diverter alternates the blow feeding air pressure, effectively diverting fasteners to the correct screwdriving spindle using smooth rotary action.
