Description

The SureDrive Handheld Drive Head:

A Handheld Automatic Screwdriver
Engineered To Suit Your Application.

Carlson Engineering automated screw driving machines are designed to work with a screwfeeder or step feeder, and assist in your assembly automation fastening process by advancing the bit driving the screw or screws to torque or depth. Carlson automatic feed screwdriver systems can be fitted with almost any brand of screwdriver on the market today.

Lightweight & Easy

Due to the lightweight build & slim overall design, it is easy for the operator to articulate this drive head. Works very well with most any tool stand on the market.

Drive Screws To Torque

The SureDrive Drive Head can drive screws to torque, and when fitted with a DC Electic tool, with pass fail output and can Poka-yoke the process. This is done by locking the screwdriver bit forward and preventing another screw from being delivered until an OK signal is received from the tool controller.

Compatibility

The SureDrive Handheld Drive Head is designed to be compatible  with most screwdriver tools available on the market today.
